The GGA is an open and democratic organization run for the benefit of its  members. The Officers of the Association are committed to act in accordance with  the published By-Laws of the GGA, where the following are defined: Period of  Office (Article II), Duties (Article IV), Election (Article V) and Nomination  Procedures (Article VI).
